Yang & Yin is a class that combines Hatha Yoga to build up heat in the body and ends with Yin Yoga where we hold postures for several minutes to allowing for a deeper stretch. The benefits includ: - Stimulates the meridians (energy channels) bringing balance to the organs - Improves flexibility and joint mobility - Calms and balances the mind & body - Reduces stress & anxiety - Works deeply on the connective tissues (fascia, tendons, and ligaments)
